Everybody from the front line desk staff, nurses and doctors are caring and thoughtful in their approach to patients - well done, keep it up. Peter Hogg - impressed with him and will prove to be an asset to the surgery - please keep him on. Parking being abused. Having kept an appointment then go shopping and to their car later. Unauthorised parking in disabled bays! CCTV?

Everything about the care given by this practice is excellent and has been since 1983. It would be useful if the time needed for a standard appointment could be reduced. Telephone answering times seem to be very long - more lines perhaps?
